The Parish Office is open Monday
to Friday, 9:00am – 2:30pm.
The Parish Secretary deals with
general enquiries and all other
aspects of Parish administration. The Secretary, (Theresa Johnston)
can assist with the following;
Marriage enquiries/bookings:

The
Diocese of Down & Connor requests the minimum of three
months notice for a wedding.Couples can book their wedding
two years in advance. If you wish to book a marriage then the first contact should be with the parish secretary. She
can check the diary and confirm the date. This should be done
before any arrangements are made with a hotel. An information book prepared by the parish is given to all couples and contains
useful information on marriage courses.

Certificates
Baptism, Confirmation and Marriage
Certificates (for getting married/starting school/sacramental purposes)
can be ordered by telephoning the parish Office
on 028 90
457626 or by calling personally during office hours.
Fee
of £2:50
applies. Certificates ordered on or before Tuesday can be collected on Thursdays.
Family History Searches
Anyone searching their family tree
must submit requests in writing. Accurate dates are a major factor
in
successfully finding the required information. Please allow
at least three or four weeks notice. Fee

Witnessing of forms
Parishioners who wish to have the
priest witness application forms for driving licence, passports
etc., must be
resident in the parish and well known to the priest.
An administration fee of £5
applies.
Parish Bulletin
The deadline for bulletin entries
is 11:00am on the Thursday prior to the Sunday of publication.
Parish Notices have priority. All items for the bulletin
including names for the anniversary list may be faxed or
emailed. Items can also be phoned in or hand delivered
to
the presbytery during office hours only. Publication
is subject to available space.
Baptisms
The
sacrament of Baptism is celebrated on the third Sunday of
each month. For all enquiries relating to Baptism, contact
the Parish Sisters on 02890 597914. Please Note:
Godparents must be over 16 years of age. One Godparent
male or female is sufficient but there may be two, one of
each sex. Canon Law # 873.
Sick Calls
Any Parishioner wishing to contact
the priest in the event of an urgent sick call please contact
the Presbytery
on 028 90 457626 or 07811 460575.
Housebound
Please inform the Parish Office if
a parishioner is ill and needs to be added to the sick
list or would like
to receive
the Eucharist on Sunday’s.
Funeral Arrangements
The
Parish Office can liase with the bereaved family or the Funeral Director. A booklet ia available in the Parish Office that gives a choice of readings, psalms and other advice for the family.
Non-stop Draw
Parishioners and friends are invited to support the Parish financially by joining the Non-Stop Draw. In the current draw (for £1 per week) 4 £100 winners are selected weekly and every month a jackpot winner is selected. On the final night of the draw (3rd May 2009) the following prizes will be distributed:-
