As the work continued, the whole interior had to be cleared.

The old seating waiting to be collected.

More of the beautiful mosiac was uncovered and to everyones surprise, was undamaged.  (these are the original altar rails!)

The High Altar - to be restored.

Taken on 28/2/08 - the old flooring has been completely removed.

The scaffolding has been erected so that the wooden ceiling can be sand-blasted and redecorated..
